The rustic holiday house is in a rural location, surrounded by fields, on a 2000m² unfenced site in the Beaujolais wine-growing area, to the north of Lyon.

The big property is ideal for families with children. It lies on a 2000m² unenclosed plot of land amidst fields. The garden provides a trampoline, swing, slide and little Wendy house for children. Five private car parking spaces are available.

The spacious house from the year 1850, renovated in 2013, provides around 150m² of space for 13 people and is therefore ideal for families or for a holiday with friends or acquainted families. The house consists of two parts, one is let out while the other is occupied by the owners. The guest part has four bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, as well as a living room and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a supplementary bed (90 x 200cm), with an adjoining bathroom with a shower. Two glazed doors open directly into the courtyard. The other bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed (160 x 200cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm), the third is a big family room with a double bed (160 x 200cm), two single beds and a bunk bed. All the single beds measure 90 x 200cm. Of the three adjoining bathrooms on this floor, two have a shower and one has a bath. The cosy living room with a fireplace, sofa, dining corner and big dining table has an adjoining open and modern kitchen with a kitchen island in the middle. It is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. All the rooms have heating. Wireless Internet access is available.

The holiday house is ideal for exploring and enjoying the beauty of the Beaujolais region. In the vicinity you can enjoy the quiet nature along the banks with many swans, or go cycling, walking or jogging there. You can also enjoy water sports such as waterskiing. You can go on trips around the Beaujolais region, arranged for example by the Amis Guides en Terre Beaujolaise. Those interested in culture can take a look around the big town of Lyon not far away. Along the Saône there are many castles, one of which is only 7km away in Fareins and is open to visitors. The historical Dombes area near Lyon, between Rhône-Alpes and Bourgogne, is worth a visit with its 1000 ponds, gastronomy, museums, churches and abbeys, golf courses and riding stables. In the area you can also find an animal park and a water park, as well as the Parc du Vin in Romanèches-Thorins about 10km away for wine lovers. In the nearest locality of Belleville there are bars that will delight jazz enthusiasts. The holiday house is easy to get to by car via the motorway A6. The nearest grocery shop is about 3km away.
