On the lower ground floor, there is an additional room with a French bed (160 cm), a shower, and air conditioning, leading out to the garden, as well as another room with a dressing room, a French bed (160 cm), a bathroom, and air conditioning. The layout also includes a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with two separate toilets on the main level and another toilet on the lower ground floor.
