This is our second stay in the beautiful Hervé villa. I fully confirm the text of my first review of the last year about the kindness of Mr.Hervé, the house high comfort and spacious, very well equipped. The surrounding landscape is simply wonderful; also the certainly that this villa is in the best three rental I have done in more than 40 years in Sardinia holidays.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was bigger than expected and above all very clean. The air conditioning works very well. In the garden with dining table you have privacy because the road at the entrance to the garden is a much lower level and on the sides the hedge is thick and high enough. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 1 in the basement, both with toilet and another toilet on the ground floor. The small balcony by the first-floor bedroom overlooking the sea is nice, but can only accommodate 2 people. The owner Gianluca lives 2 houses away. He is also easy to reach via WhatsApp, responding quickly to questions. The location is great. In 1 minute you walk to the beach spiaggia del Pellicano. The first beach has slightly coarser sand and there is a bar. The other beach, spiaggia Mare Rocce can be reached via the first beach. Here the sand is fine and slopes very slowly. It will be about a 5-minute walk. There is a bar here too and also boat rental which we have had good experience with. Not expensive and they don't try to scam you with extra charges when returning the boat as you often hear with boat rental companies. There are 2 more beaches nearby, but we didn't go there. Large supermarket Euro spin 8 min drive away. A smaller one is in the village itself. The city of Olbia can be reached in 10 minutes, but that depends on where you want to park. The airport is about 20 minutes away from the accommodation. Golfi Aranci is also nice for a visit, 12 minutes away. Thanks Gianluca, for the pleasant stay. Tip, always have some cleaning products ready, especially if guests stay longer.

This property surpassed our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was constant hot water and a good supply of towels. The garden was well maintained. The owners are very aware of the environment and provided bins for compost and recycling. They greeted us when we arrived, and made sure we knew where the shops and restaurants were. The property is in a quiet, safe area and is a stones throw from the beach. I would certainly recommend this house to my friends. I never booked with MediaHols before but will certainly do so in the future.

We spent ten very pleasant days in Susanna's house. It is situated in walking distance to both beaches as well as everything you need in terms of shops, restaurants etc. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent memorable evenings on the terrace with its great view. Susanna is a very friendly, welcoming host who was always there to help. We hope to be back.

A clean and well maintained apartment. Spacious both inside and out. The owner was very attentive to our requirements as a large family with 2 adults, three children and a baby. The apartment included all cooking appliances, plus towels and bedding on request. Located less than five minutes from the quiet and pristine sand/stones beach, the local area provided many family activities such as water sports, horse riding, go karting, boat trips and cave visits.

All was OK, good maintenance for the swimming pool, the grass was perfect, just the necessary for the kitchen (knives, forks....). An issue with the TV antenna, not resolved during our stay. But the villa is quiet, depending of the others neighbours than you can have...good time, and Gisella (owner) is quiet nice!!

I was there a year ago. I really enjoyed it and this year I wanted to come back, but unfortunately in the week when I would like to come, the house was not available. Pity! Maybe next year! We spent a week on Sardinia (two adults and a child). The location is great. Within a few minutes we were in de picturesque centre, where you can not only enjoy the night-life but also taste delicious Sardinian dishes. Don't miss the pizza, which is not round, but is sold per meter. Staying on the beach surrounded by the high mountains and swimming in the sea gave us a great summer feeling. Sardinia is just incredible! Our hostess and owner Dorota did a really good job. We could always rely on her when we needed something. She prepared information (maps, brochures etc.) for us in English and she did her best to let us feel welcome in our perfectly clean holiday house. Thank you again!

The apartment is in an outstanding location overlooking the sea and harbor. We ate as many meals as possible on the terrace enjoying the view. The location is a very good base for exploring the area by car and markets and restaurants are very close. I appreciated the emails I exchanged with Fernando and his daughter who were very helpfull and accomodating. We will be sure to return sometime in the future.
