IUNP5685 A villa OLEANDRI29, bilocale 30 mq al piano terra, camera da letto matrimoniale, saloncino con 2 letti bassi più angolo cottura, bagno completo con doccia, terrazza privata di circa 20 mq, giardino di circa 40mq, ingresso dal lato piscina. Cucina attrezzata, biancheria da letto e da bagno su richiesta, occupazione da 4 persone consigliata solo per famiglie con bambini, si tratta di 30 mq.
Terrazze interne lato piscina, terrazza panoramica, piscina di 50mq e lavatrice sono in condivisione.
SPIAGGE: la più vicina spiaggia del Riso dista, circa 200 mt a piedi, tra il porto ed il campeggio, nell'arco di 1,5 km spiagge del Timi Ama, Porto Giunco, Campulongu.
Tutta la casa OLEANDRI29 è stata ristrutturata nel 2021-2022, impianti, bagni, pavimenti, infissi esterni, aria condizionata , WIFI incluso, è tutto nuovo.
Ottimo per più famiglie di amici con bambini o famiglie numerose.

Very pleasant setting: small pool with well-landscaped surroundings, flower gardens, private parking, very close beaches (to do on foot)
The only problem is thermal and sound insulation, especially when neighboring tenants are not discreet.
The house is in a great location, a stone's throw from the rice beach which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot if you do not want to take the car. The owner is an exquisite and extremely available person.
