We spent a week as a couple in this cute house in the center of Villasimius, and we found it very comfortable and conveniently located. 15 minutes from most of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, it also allows you to meet in the evening directly in the main street of the town, to be able to take a tour without having to use the car. Internally, the space is one of the strong points, which in my opinion is more than abundant for two people. All the rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment, especially the kitchen where every object you may need is easily available. We were also impressed by the careful cleaning with which we were made to find the house, and by the availability of the owners, who welcomed us without any problem even at 22.30 on Saturday evening. I would therefore recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the comfort of the center, without worrying about the distance from the sea and without fearing the welcoming environment!
Abbiamo passato una settimana in coppia in questa carinissima casa in centro pieno di Villasimius, e l’abbiamo trovata molto confortevole e di comoda collocazione.
A 15 minuti dalla maggior parte delle più belle spiagge del sud Sardegna, permette anche di ritrovarsi la sera direttamente nella via principale del paese, per poter fare un giro senza dover ricorrere all’uso dell’auto.
Internamente lo spazio è uno dei punti forti, che a mio avviso, per due persone è più che abbondante.
Tutti gli ambienti sono muniti delle dotazioni necessarie, specialmente la cucina in cui ogni oggetto di cui si può avere bisogno è facilmente reperibile.
Siamo stati colpiti inoltre edalla pulizia accurata con cui ci è stata fatta trovare la casa, e dalla disponibilità dei proprietari, che anche alle 22.30 di sabato sera ci hanno accolto senza alcun problema.
Mi sento di consigliare pertanto questa casa a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno nella comodità del centro, senza preoccuparsi della distanza dal mare e senza avere timori sull’accoglienza dell’ambiente!
We stayed as a family with children, 15 days in July, and we had a great time right away. The house as described, 4 comfortable bedrooms, with everything you need for anything, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, drinking water, coffee maker, fans, ceiling fans, iron, games, books, movies ... A 5 minute walk from a wonderful beach (third beach Golfo Aranci), it is just a few kilometers by car from many other spectacular beaches. Easy parking in the front door. Restaurants, pastry shops, playgrounds and shops very close on foot. Very kind and helpful owner. I highly recommend it for families looking for relaxation, a very quiet area, but with all the amenities within walking distance.
Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia con bambini, 15 giorni in luglio, e ci siamo trovato benissimo da subito. La casa come da descrizione, 4 camere da letto confortevoli, con tutto l'occorrente per qualsiasi cosa, aspirapolvere, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, acqua potabile, macchinetta per il caffè, ventilatori, ventilatori nel soffitto, ferro da stiro, giochi, libri, film...
A 5 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia meravigliosa ( terza spiaggia golfo Aranci), è a pochissimi kilometri in macchina di altre tante spiagge spettacolari. Parcheggio facile nella porta di casa. Ristoranti, pasticcerie, parco giocchi e negozi vicinissimi a piedi. Propietario molto gentile e disponibile.
La consiglio vivamente per famiglie che cercano relax, zona molto tranquilla, ma con tutte le comodità a tre passi.

Io penso che la prima cosa e trovare la proprietà con la massima gentilezza e disponibilità verso le persone che hanno preso in affitto l’appartamento, che oggi si fa un po’ fatica a trovarle, riguardo l’appartamento perfetto anzi molto ma molto meglio che dalle foto, arredato con gusto massima pulizia che dire ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra, stiamo già organizzando per il prossimo anno.

Apartment equipped with all comforts and impeccably maintained. All services are close to the house. Car park inside the common courtyard which is completely fenced. Quiet and characteristic place where you can find peace and beauty and tranquility. We have been going in September for years and every year the holiday regenerates us. In case of need advice or other Massimiliana and her husband go out of their way to make you feel pampered and protected. I recommend it for those who love peace and simple and genuine things.

Beautiful stay in this beautiful house, beautiful spacious, airy, beautiful outdoor space perfect for children. All brand new !! Outside a shower that is very comfortable! In 2 minutes we arrive everywhere ..... to the Cinta, in the center and to the supermarkets .... in short, all types of services are very close. We were really happy with everything! Above all also the splendid welcome of the owners, Antonello and Tatiana, very discreet and always ready to satisfy our requests for recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc.

Really nice property and in a very convenient position to reach the beautiful and numerous beaches, in the area there are beautiful ones. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts to feel at home. The owner, Ms Maria G., is really kind and helpful. If we decide to return to the area next year we will certainly return here.
Immobile veramente carino e in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le bellissime e numerose spiagge, in zona ce ne sono di bellissime. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa propria. La proprietaria, il sig.ra Maria G., è veramente gentile è disponibile. Se decideremo l’anno prossimo di ritornare nella zona sicuramente ritorneremo qui.
I am happy to have chosen this apartment for my vacation in Santeodoro. The owner was immediately very helpful and put himself at our disposal for any doubts. He and his wife welcomed us warmly, they are both good people. The house is fantastic: bright, spacious, very clean and in a strategic central position. We stayed in this house in 7, from 4 to 14 August 2021 and we had a great time. Quiet village and very nice structure with all the necessary comforts. We were guests for 2 weeks in this splendid apartment (even if calling it that is an understatement) clean, tidy, welcoming and equipped with all the necessary comforts and furnished with care in every detail. Covered parking space, outdoor patio for alfresco dining but the jewel is definitely the outdoor shower with hydromassage! a real gem ... Seeing is believing! We really liked the strategic position, with everything you need within 300 meters, the center of San Teodoro at 500 meters and the beach (la Cinta) at 1.5 km (we went by bike!) And then there are them, Tatiana and Antonello ... 2 wonderful people who in every moment of a possible need have always shown themselves available making us feel at home. What more can we say if not goodbye!
Siamo stati ospiti per 2 settimane in questo splendido appartamento (anche se chiamarlo così è riduttivo) pulito, ordinato, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e arredato con cura in ogni minimo dettaglio. Posto auto al coperto, patio esterno per cenette al fresco ma il gioiello rimane sicuramente la doccia esterna con idromassaggio! una vera perla... Provare per credere!
Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione strategica,con tutto quello che può servire nell'arco di 300 metri, il centro di San Teodoro a 500 e la spiaggia (la Cinta) a 1,5 km (andavamo in bici!)
E poi ci sono loro,Tatiana e Antonello... 2 splendide persone che in ogni momento di un eventuale bisogno si sono mostrati sempre disponibili facendoci sentire come a casa nostra.
Che dire di più se non arrivederci!
We had spent 10 great days in the house and nothing was missing. The view is a dream, and the swimming facilities are just wonderful. The landlord and the agency were also very courteous and were very helpful with questions. Thank you for this successful vacation.
Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in dem Haus verbracht Und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, auch die Bademöglichkeiten einfach nur wunderschön. Auch der Vermieter sowie die Agentur waren sehr zuvorkommend und waren bei Fragen sehr behilflich. Vielen Dank für diesen gelungenen Urlaub.
Holiday home in a quiet, clean and comfortable location. The bathroom a bit small and with mechanical suction ... perhaps the only problem as we are used to! We spent a relaxing holiday and the cool nights were a really good ally for a good rest. The use of the car for the beach is recommended. The Li Feruli beach with free access to dogs is very suggestive and for our Yago it was really a great thing. The town is characteristic and equipped with the most necessary services. The only flaw is the absence of a gas station attendant .. The owners were friendly and very discreet but present when needed.
Casa Vacanze in posizione tranquilla, pulita e confortevole. Il bagno un po’ piccolo e con aspirazione meccanica... forse l’unico problema per come siamo abituati! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in relax e le notti fresche sono state davvero un buon alleato al buon riposo.
Consigliato l’uso dell’auto per la spiaggia.
Molto suggestiva la spiaggia Li Feruli con libero accesso ai cani e per il nostro Yago è stata davvero una gran cosa.
Il paese è caratteristico e dotato dei servizi più necessari. L’unico difetto è l’assenza di un benzinaio..
I proprietari sono stati cordiali e molto discreti ma presenti in caso di necessità.
I only gave 5 points because you can't give more. Spectacular holiday to say the least for the emotions that Sardinia gives you, but above all for the stay in this beautiful house (12 days). Spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts; close to the center and the provincial road that connects San Teodoro to all the other parts. It is also close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the main beautiful beaches of San Teodoro (you can reach the Cinta on foot or by bicycle). We lacked nothing on this holiday. Special thanks to Antonello and Tatiana, two spectacular owners, who supported us throughout the holiday, always trying to find the best for us and advising us on the itinerary to be carried out day by day. It will certainly be the destination of our vacation next year. A huge thank you.
Ho dato solo 5 punti perché non si può dare di più. Vacanza a dir poco SPETTACOLARE sicuramente per le emozioni che ti regala la Sardegna,ma soprattutto per il soggiorno in questa bellissima casa (di 12 giorni). Spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari; vicina al centro ed alla strada provinciale che collega San Teodoro a tutte le altre parti. Vicina,inoltre,a supermercati,ristoranti,bar ed alle principali spiagge stupende di San Teodoro (alla Cinta si può arrivare a piedi o in bicicletta). Non ci è mancato nulla in questa vacanza. Un grazie speciale ad Antonello e Tatiana,due proprietari a dir poco spettacolari,che ci hanno supportato in tutta la vacanza,cercando di trovare sempre il meglio per noi e consigliandoci giorno per giorno l’itinerario da svolgere. Nothing to say, 500 meters from the center of Teodoro, all close to La Cinta beach, 2 km away .... you can also go there by bicycle. Convenient place to visit all the other beaches, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo ...... the house nothing to say, quiet place, private parking, is a bijou of the house with 2 showers, one inside and one outside. 2 large bedrooms, one double and one twin, large balcony where you can dine and have breakfast in the morning. Air conditioned everywhere. Owners available and open. What can I say, I will return because we had a great time
Niente da dire, a 500 metri dal centro Teodoro, tutto vicino spiaggia la Cinta a 2 km ....puoi anche andarci in bicicletta. Posto comodo per visitare tutte le altre spiaggie, porto cervo e porto rotondo......la casa niente da dire, posto tranquillo , parcheggio privato, è un bijou di casa con 2 doccie una interna ed una esterna. 2 camere grandi una matrimoniale ed una doppia, ampio balcone dove cenare e fare colazione a mattino. Arria condizionata dapertutto. Proprietari disponibili ed aperti. Cosa posso dire, ci ritornero perché siamo state benissimo
