Owner attentive and very available.
I plan to go back there next year.
We stayed in 2 families and found large rooms, functioning air conditioning and sufficient to cover all the rooms, and 2 bathrooms which allowed us to have adequate privacy. The garden is much appreciated and in particular the outdoor shower, cabin, with hot water, which can be used exactly as if we were inside.
The owner Pino super helpful! We have contacted him several times to have support even for issues not strictly related to the house, and he has always provided us with quick and courteous answers and solutions. Thanks Pino!

The location of the property makes it possible to reach the center of Avola and the coastline on foot, by car as well as visit the Val di Noto, Siracusa and Ragusa area.
I sincerely recommend to all those who plan to stay in Avola!
House ten minutes walk from the sea, close to supermarkets, bars, cinemas ...
By car you can make countless trips to the beach, you can visit Siracusa, Noto, Modica ...
It's really worth it!
E 'was also an unforgettable holiday by the gastronomic point of view (cannoli, granita, marzipan, ice cream, fresh fish, gipolle of Giarratana, melons ...).
Who is in Avola must visit Noto, is a really beautiful city and is just 15 minutes drive from Avola. There are buses that leave from Piazza Trieste.
I would recommend this house for your holiday in Sicily.
The owner is a really nice person, always friendly and ready to answer quickly to our requests. We also found a welcome present when we arrived (typical sicilian sweeties!).
Everything was ok, we enjoyed our staying the Avola and relaxed a lot. The city is small but full of nice places and nice people.
I recommend this place and this summer house for a nice time in one of the most beautiful places of Italy!
The owner explained everything and made to sign a lease giving clarification on. Throughout the stay was always very helpful and responded quickly to our every request.
We totally relaxed in the spacious bedroom and corrodio out on the porch where we could enjoy lunch and dinner and always in the shade with a nice cool breeze, good for hot afternoons.
The house is located in a strategic area, 15 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes walk from the city center. It's pretty much the center of everything. The town is very quiet and people friendly and available.
Everything was to our liking, we will definitely Avola to why the place was a delight and who knows maybe we are lucky enough to find again the same free house.
The owner is a very nice person, we were almost always in contactPhone: because of the internet the day of arrival.
I highly recommend it to all those who one day want to enjoy their holiday on the east coast of Sicily of relaxation and tranquility.
