Wonderful house, clean cozy spacious and well cared for. The view is incredible - from postcard. Everything necessary for the house is present in the house. We stayed with small children in tow and every need for them was satisfied (secure garden fenced and well-kept, games present, home without dangers, mosquito nets). The owners are exquisite people who, living nearby, can be present when needed. The location of the house is strategic, very close to the main tourist destinations (Erice, Segesta, Zingaro Reserve, Scopello, San Vito and Palermo). I recommend booking early.
Casa meravigliosa, pulita accogliente spaziosa e ben curata. La vista è incredibile - da cartolina. Tutto il necessario per la casa è presente nell'abitazione.
Abbiamo soggiornato con bimbi piccoli al seguito e ogni necessità per loro era soddisfatta (giardino sicuro cintato e curatissimo, giochi presenti, casa senza pericoli, zanzariere). I proprietari sono delle persone squisite che, abitando nelle vicinanze, possono essere presenti al bisogno.
La posizione della casa è strategica, molto vicino alle principali mete turistiche (Erice, Segesta, Riserva Zingaro, Scopello, San Vito e Palermo). Consiglio di prenotare con anticipo.

Perfect holidays! The property is both very large, beautiful and extremely well maintained. The house is large, practical, well decorated and lacks nothing. And what about the pool, huge and spotlessly clean. The nearest beach is less than 100 meters away, perfect for swimming or seeing fish. And not to spoil anything, the owners are very friendly and attentive. Awesome !
Des vacances parfaites! La propriété est à la fois très grande, magnifique et extrêmement bien entretenue. La maison est grande, pratique, bien décorée et ne manque de rien. Et que dire de la piscine, gigantesque et impeccablement propre. La plage la plus proche est à moins de 100 mètres, parfait pour aller nager ou voir des poissons. Et pour ne rien gâcher, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Génial !
We had a very good week in this rental which is actually half a villa, the other part being oriented in the other direction. Not overlooked. The house is clean and equipped with everything necessary (washing machine, air conditioner with supplement). The owners are very nice. The beach of Guidaloca is 200 meters away by stairs. Beautiful summer kitchen.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location qui correspond en fait à une moitié de villa, l'autre partie étant orientée dans l'autre sens. Pas de vis à vis. La maison est propre et équipée avec tout le nécessaire (lave linge, climatiseur avec supplément). Les propriétaires sont très gentils. La plage de Guidaloca est à 200 mètres à pied par des escaliers. Belle cuisine d'été.

La casa è stupenda, curata nei particolari, pulita, confortevole, con uno splendido giardino dotato di lettini e tavoli e con una splendida vista sul mare; il lido di Noto si trova a due passi, il mare è pulito e luminoso da far male gli occhi... è la casa dei miei sogni. Il sig. Gianfranco è persona di grande cortesia, gentile e meticoloso che vuole solo il benessere dei suoi ospiti. La città di Noto, a pochi km, è di una bellezza magica perché ti cattura. Vacanza degna di questo nome...un posto dove tornare.
Very dear landlady, who lives right next to the house on the same property, is with hints helpful, but otherwise very discreet and hard to see or even disturb. Although she does not speak German / English, communication was possible with the help of Googe Translater. The property, house and pool were well maintained, clean and beautiful. The beach was in about 2-3 minutes to reach. We only had to go over about 100 meters of stones before the sandy beach began. The traffic connection was very good (about 1km to the highway) and enough shops (about 3 km) were available. 100 EUR final cleaning was added to the basic price. We would love to come back!
Sehr liebe Vermieterin, die direkt neben dem Ferienhaus auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, stehts mit Tips weiterhilft, aber sonst sehr diskret und kaum zu sehen ist oder gar stört. Sie spricht zwar nicht deutsch / englisch, aber mit Hilfe von Googe Translater war die Kommunikation möglich.
Das Grundstück, Haus und Pool waren sehr gepflegt, sauber und wunderschön. Der Strand war in ca. 2-3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir mussten lediglich über ca. 100 Meter Steine gehen, bevor der Sandstrand begann.
Die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut (ca. 1km zur Autobahn) und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 3 km) waren vorhanden.
100 EUR Endreinigung kamen noch auf den Grundpreis dazu.
Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

The structure reflects exactly the reality. The house is in an optimal position to reach the beach of Guidaloca (1 minute walk) and is on a road where never pass car so you can enjoy it with a pleasant silence. The large covered veranda and the vast "Mediterranean" garden invite you to enjoy the holiday outside even if the home has nothing to envy. On our arrival we found the shiny house, the bathroom (with shower) the kitchen (stra accessoriato) and the rooms (large and orderly with air conditioning) gave us a great impression right away. The large outside shower then avoided bringing home sand back to the beach. Outside you can also find a comfortable sink, a washing machine and barbecue. Also, one thing not to be underestimated is the fact that all the pots and dishes were new and clean, and that a bit of things were already available at the time of arrival (Detergent, water in the fridge, and other essential necessities .. ) this makes it clear that the 2 owners really have an eye for their guests. We strongly recommend this facility to be full, we will not miss itdefinitely to come back. Dear thank you to Nino and Marcella for the availability and care they have had for us.
La struttura rispecchia esattamente la realtà. La casa è in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere la spiaggia di Guidaloca (1 minuto a piedi) ed è in una strada dove non passano mai auto quindi si può godere a pieno di un silenzio gradevole. L’ampia veranda coperta ed il vasto giardino “mediterraneo” ti invogliano a vivere la vacanza sempre all’esterno anche se la casa all’interno non ha nulla da invidiare. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa tirata a lucido, il bagno (con doccia) la cucina (stra accessoriata) e le camere (ampie ed in ordine con aria condizionata) ci hanno dato subito una ottima impressione. La grande doccia esterna ci ha poi evitato di portare in casa sabbia al rientro dal mare. All’esterno si può trovare anche un comodo lavandino, una lavatrice ed il barbecue. Inoltre, una cosa da non sottovalutare riguarda il fatto che tutte le pentole e stoviglie erano nuove e pulite, e che un minimo di cose erano già disponibile al momento del nostro arrivo (Detersivo, acqua in frigo, ed altri beni di prima necessità..) questo fa capire che i 2 proprietari hanno veramente un occhio di riguardo per i propri ospiti. Consigliamo a pieno questa struttura, non mancheremo sicuramente di ritornare. Un caro ringraziamento a Nino e Marcella per la disponibilità e la cura che hanno avuto nei nostri confronti.
With my family we stayed at this lovely chalet near the sea and felt like we were at our home. We were fully satisfied with the spacious spaces of the apartment, the functionality and the comfort of the furnishings, the care of the details, the well-kept garden. The location is great for getting around the area from Siracusa to Ragusa, to enjoy both the wonderful sea and the art cities. The center of Noto is within minutes and is beautiful for dinner and strolling in the evening. Also the beach under the house is well served and great for a last evening bath when returning from various excursions. We can only recommend this home for the discreet welcome of the landlord, who made sure everything was in order even during our stay. Silvia da Padova
Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa villetta a due passi dal mare e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti dagli ampi spazi dell'appartamento, dalla funzionalità e la comodità dell'arredamento, dalla cura dei dettagli, dal giardino ben curato.
La posizione è ottima per girare tutta la zona da Siracusa a Ragusa, per godere sia del meraviglioso mare che delle città d'arte. Il centro di Noto si raggiunge in pochi minuti ed è bellissimo per cenare e passeggiare alla sera. Anche la spiaggia sotto casa è ben servita ed ottima per un ultimo bagno serale al rientro dalle varie escursioni. Abbiamo soggiornato quindici giorni in questa splendida villa immersa nel verde a due passi dalle spiagge più belle della Sicilia, quindici giorni che ci accompagneranno per molto tempo grazie alla bellezza della locazione e alla discrezione dei proprietari, presenti, ma assolutamente mai invadenti!
Piscina grande e piacevole per un tuffo appena tornati dalle spiagge che in questa zona davvero non mancano.
Sensazione di sicurezza assoluta data dalla presenza delle telecamere , parcheggio interno con telecomando personale.

We stayed at this property for about three weeks and we were really good !! The house, besides being in a strategic position to visit beautiful places (Palermo, Monreale, Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, Valley of the Temples, Agrigento, Marsala, Mazzara del Vallo-Turkish Steps, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Zingaro Nature reserve ...) is full equipped, spotlessly clean, in a quiet but not isolated; within minutes you can walk to the beautiful beach of Guidaloca and with a short drive you can reach the Zingaro nature reserve and Scopello. In restaurants and pastry shops around are worth a visit !! Excellent quality / price ratio. The owners, Marcella and Nino, are two special people: available for any need, caring, made us feel at home! We definitely recommend everyone to spend some time in this house, we will be back !! La casa, oltre ad essere in una posizione strategica per visitare luoghi bellissimi (Palermo, Monreale, Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, Valle dei Templi ,Agrigento, Marsala, Mazzara del Vallo-Scala dei Turchi, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Riserva dello Zingaro...) è dotata di ogni confort, pulitissima, in una zona tranquilla ma non isolata; in pochi minuti si raggiunge a piedi la bellissima spiaggia di Guidaloca e con un breve tragitto in macchina si possono raggiungere la riserva dello Zingaro e i faraglioni di Scopello. Nei dintorni ristoranti e pasticcerie meritano una visita!! Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. I proprietari, Marcella e Nino,sono due persone speciali: disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, premurosi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra!

I and my family spent two weeks in this beautiful villa. Well I must say that the place is even better than it looks in the photos. Photos do not do enough. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato 2 settimane in questa splendida villa. Beh devo dire che il posto è addirittura migliore di come si presenta nelle foto. Le foto non rendono abbastanza. I stayed with my husband and my two children in August. The house is in a quiet but not isolated, it is close to the sea, which in this area is wonderful, and corresponds perfectly to the description. It is also very beautiful! I thank the owners, helpful and very kind, that they did find a very clean house, complete with everything, and with great discretion have always checked that everything was in order and that we did not miss anything. Despite the heat period the house was always fresh and we never needed to use air conditioning, which was still available. The outdoor shower is a real stone shower, really comfortable. The area is lovely, in a few minutes by car you can reach other wonderful beaches, such as the Gypsy, the stacks of Scopello and other bays, but it's also very beautiful bay below casa..non is essential to move every day. We are truly refreshed and rejuvenated!
Ho soggiornato con mio marito e i miei due figli nel mese di agosto. La casa è in una posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, è vicinissima al mare, che in questa zona è meraviglioso, e corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. È anche molto bella! Ringrazio i proprietari, disponibili e gentilissimi, che ci hanno fatto trovare una casa pulitissima e completa di tutto, e con molta discrezione hanno sempre verificato che fosse tutto a posto e che non ci mancasse nulla. Nonostante il periodo caldo la casa è sempre stata fresca e non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di utilizzare l'aria condizionata, che comunque era disponibile. La doccia esterna è una vera e propria doccia in muratura, veramente comodissima.
La zona è incantevole, in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere altre spiagge meravigliose, come lo Zingaro, i faraglioni di Scopello e altre calette, ma è anche molto bella la baia sotto casa..non è indispensabile muoversi ogni giorno. Noi ci siamo veramente riposati e rigenerati!
We stayed for two weeks every 5 in that house which is very pleasant, very well located, near to the sea. With two bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, a large terrace area, dining area, the pool ... a large garden with palm trees ... great holiday Patrizia is more charming and gave us valuable information for our getaways. I recommend this property. We count also come back later
Nous sommes restés deux semaines tous les 5 dans cette maison qui est très agréable à vivre, très bien située, toute proche de la mer. Avec deux chambres climatisées, un espace séjour avec un canapé lit double , un grand coin terrasse, espace repas , la piscine ... un grand jardin avec des palmiers... super vacances

The house has fully met all expectations and more. Excellent refurbishment and is tastefully furnished, all rooms are air conditioned and has an excellent sea view. It is located close to the beach overlooking the beautiful sea of ??Lido di Noto. The owner greeted us and herringbone everything was very kind and very private. We will definitely be back.
La casa ha pienamente soddisfatto tutte le aspettative e anche di più. Ottima la ristrutturazione ed è arredata con gusto, tutti i locali sono climatizzati e gode di un'ottima vista mare. Si trova due passi dalla spiaggia che si affaccia sullo splendido mare del Lido di Noto.
Il proprietario ci ha accolti e spigato tutto quanto è stato gentilissimo e molto riservato.
