The villa is beautiful as in the pictures, equipped with everything you could possibly need and much more, every corner is taken care of and is furnished with taste and attention to detail. The very discreet and very kind owners. We had a lovely break. We recommend it highly enough and hope to return soon.

Very welcome the Furco family despite the very late hour, good information. Very good price / quality ratio, well located, 2 shaded terraces and moved depending on the time of day. Good equipment, with a dishwasher would be perfect, but hey it's a detail. Air conditioning (essential in July) is extra, but the supplement is really low. The sea is 500m, access to an idyllic cove with a very steep staircase, it was not too crowded for the season. A car is essential for exploring the area: Segesta, Selinunte, Palermo ... The visit of the natural park of Zingaro is done very early (sun). In summary a lovely holiday. We come back again in this rental. Magne Family
Très bon accueil de la famille Furco malgré l'heure très tardive, bons renseignements. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, bien situé, 2 terrasses ombragées pour s'installer en fonction des heures de la journée. Bon équipement, avec un lave vaisselle ce serait parfait, mais bon c'est un détail. La climatisation (indispensable au mois de juillet) est en sus mais le supplément est vraiment modique. La mer est à 500m, accès à une crique paradisiaque par un escalier très raide, ce n'était pas trop bondé pour la saison. La voiture est indispensable pour visiter la région: Ségeste, Selinonte, Palerme...La visite du parc naturel du Zingaro est à faire très tôt (soleil).
En résumé vacances très agréables. Nous retournerions avec grand plaisir dans cette location.

Absolutely wonderful, quiet place 300m from the beach and in a residential area, a huge garden with fruit trees, the owner is always available. The city center is 4km and department stores to 3. wonderful holidays !!!
Absolument merveilleux, endroit calme à 300m de la plage et dans un quartier résidentiel, un jardin immense avec des arbres fruitiers, la propriétaire est toujours disponible. Le centre ville est à 4km et les grands magasins à 3. Vacances formidables!!!
We spent two weeks in this rental. A lovely comfortable cottage in a large area within 100 m from a beautiful small beach. The owners live in the same property and are discreet. The only regret is the pool! It is large but certainly not totally privatized (shared with the owner) and especially its random interview (the pool pump was not working the second week which involved a water stagnation that has become a bit murky)

Les propriétaires habitent dans la même propriété et sont discrets.
Le seul regret est la piscine! Elle est grande certes mais pas totalement privatisée (partagée avec les proprio) et surtout son entretien aléatoire (la pompe de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas la seconde semaine! ce qui a impliqué une stagnation de l'eau qui est devenue un peu trouble)

We stayed in this beautiful house from June 20 to July 9, 2015, the house is perfect, just like in the photo, equipped with every comfort and furnished with taste and care. The owners, who live in the same property, while being very discrete helped make our stay very pleasant with advice on beaches and on the premises. Our two children, 6 and 4 years old, were never bored, thanks to the fabulous swimming pool. In addition, the house is located in a very quiet and clean, out of the chaos but just a few minutes from the center of Avola and beaches.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa dal 20 giugno al 9 luglio 2015, la casa è perfetta, proprio come in foto, dotata di ogni comfort e arredata con molto gusto e cura. I proprietari, che abitano nella stessa proprietà, pur essendo molto discreti hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole con consigli sulle spiagge e sui locali. I nostri due bimbi, di 6 e 4 anni, non si sono mai annoiati, grazie anche alla favolosa piscina. Inoltre la casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e pulita, fuori dal caos ma a pochi minuti dal centro di Avola e dalle spiagge.
The house is exactly as it appears in photos, very comfortable and functional. The garden is well-kept and you only hear the birds singing. The house is equipped with everything you need and is very clean thanks to the care with which the owners keep it. The beautiful beach of Guidaloca is very close and at night you can hear the sound of the surf. I recommend it to anyone in a vacation property. The owners are two exceptional people.
La villetta è proprio così come appare in foto, molto comoda e funzionale. Il giardino è curatissimo e si sente solo il canto degli uccelli. La casa è fornita di tutto ciò che serve ed è pulitissima grazie alla cura con cui i proprietari la mantengono. La bellissima spiaggia di Guidaloca è vicinissima e di notte si può sentire il rumore della risacca. Consiglio a chiunque una vacanza in questa struttura. I proprietari sono due persone eccezionali.
The house is located in a beautiful and very large well-maintained, with the owner's house on the same field. It is nicely decorated, very clean and functional, with all the linens needed. The owners are absolutely lovely, very discreet but always willing to help when needed and have even booked very touching surprises for the children, thank you very much to them. The pool is just magical (and very large!), With everything you need as chairs, mattresses, garden furniture, we stocked each day with no one ever coming disturb our tranquility. This paradise is in addition to 100m from the beach .... what more?
La maison est située dans un très beau et grand domaine très bien entretenu, avec la maison des propriétaires sur ce même domaine. Elle est très joliment décorée, très propre, et fonctionnelle, avec tout le linge de maison nécessaire.
Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants, très discrets mais toujours prêts à aider en cas de besoin et nous ont même réservé des surprises très touchantes pour les enfants, merci beaucoup à eux.
La piscine est juste magique (et très grande !), avec tout ce qui faut comme chaises longues, matelas, salon de jardin, nous en avons profité chaque jour sans jamais personne ne venant troubler notre tranquillité.
Ce paradis se situe en plus à 100m de la plage.... que demander de plus?
Everything was to our satisfaction. All rooms in the villa were clean. The decor is very beautiful and practical. Everything is in excellent condition. The garden is very large. The pool is huge and cleaned daily. The house is very quiet and feels safe at all times. The owner's family lives nearby. Gentille and always very discreet. We can recommend this villa to anyone.

Tutte le stanze della villa erano pulite. L'arredamento è molto bello e pratico. Tutto è in ottime condizioni.
Il giardino è molto grande. La piscina è enorme e pulita quotidianamente. La casa è molto tranquilla e si sente sempre al sicuro. La famiglia del proprietario abita vicino. Molto gentille e sempre discreto.
Possiamo consigliare questa villa a chiunque.

We spent two weeks in this property, we had a great time. The description corresponds perfectly to the house, rather than initial expectations. Very comfortable and in excellent position to reach the beach of Lido di Noto or other places of interest in the south-eastern coast of Sicily. The owner of the house a very nice person and friendly, we felt as if we were at home. Thanks for everything, definitely return if in that area of ??Sicily will try to come back here! Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questo immobile, siamo stati benissimo. La descrizione corrisponde perfettamente alla casa, anzi supera le aspettative iniziali. Molto confortevole e in posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia del lido di Noto o altri luoghi di interesse della costa sud orientale della Sicilia.
Il proprietario della casa una persona squisita ed accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa nostra. Grazie di tutto, sicuramente se torneremo in quella zona della Sicilia cercheremo di tornare proprio qui! Consigliatissimo!

Hello, the house fits the description, it is very nice, well maintained and well organized within walking distance to the beach and in a strategic position for visiting the surrounding area. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the thing that struck me very positively relates the endowment in the kitchen ... in practice there is everything you need to cook a pasta dish without having to run to the supermarket!

Ho passato 21 giorni con la mia famiglia in questa bellissima villa a pochi passi dal mare. Il posto è tranquillo e rilassante. Il mare stupendo. I proprietari, Nino e Marcella, sono delle persone MERAVIGLIOSE! Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra. Qualsiasi informazione o consiglio, chiedete a loro, saranno disponibili. I spent 15 days in this house together with the other couple and we loved it. With a 5-minute walk will get you to the sea (and sea), a show beautifull, in a peaceful setting. The apartment consists of all amenities with its parking lot, and the last owners of the house, the lords Nino and Marcella were always present and available, as well as very kind in every thing we needed. Also from Scopello you are close to so many beautiful places to visit. I recommend everyone this apartment for families with children,
Ho trascorso 15 giorni in questa abitazione unitamente ad altra coppia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Con 5 minuti a piedi si arriva al mare (e che mare), uno spettacolo bellisimo, in un contesto tranquillo. L'appartamento e composto da tutti i comfort con relativo parcheggio, e per ultimo i proprietari della casa, i signori Nino e Marcella sono sempre stati presenti e disponibili nonchè molto gentili in ogni cosa noi avessimo bisogno. Inoltre da Scopello si è vicini a tanti bellissimi luoghi da visitare. Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento anche a famiglie con bambini,
