1. It is not far from Patong beach and quite area to enjoy your good sleep.
2. Top quality of mattress for your comfort.
3. Worktation with office armed chair plus private Wi. All travelers were happy with WIFI privately used for this unit, also building has free WIFI available in the apartment and public area.
4. Smart TV with 55 inches to enjoy your Netflix and You tube.
Free shuttle to Patong beach 3 times a day (8.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm) and operate in loop (Point 1: Front of Jung Ceylon, Point 2: Patong Bus Station of Patong Beach - Thaweewong Road, Point 3: Dolphin Park Patong Beach - Thaweewong Road) so you can go and come back through free shuttle van provided by the management.
It is large studio with nice balcony with seating facing the building half wall, small garden and tropical tree (see photo for the balcony photos so there is not misunderstanding of your expectation) with ceiling fan and fresh air. Free fast WIFI private and 1 more free from compound, washing machine, (within the apartment and dryer in laundry room on ground floor), microwave, stove, hood, refrigerator, kitchen ware, utensils, and Patong view from top of building. You may have to walk through local residents, so please do understand their living style. They are local Thai boxing class club nearby.
The Gym has been moved to ground floor, check with building reception.
Free Gym, swimming pool, free WIFI in apartment and whole compound. There is nice laundry room for your convenient. We also have washing machine at the apartment.

A Worktation with Office Armed Chair with private WIFI in the apartment. It is a nice/cozy Studio located in Patong low rise Hill with free shuttle van to beach/city or walking to Patong beach with 3 kms distance. This condo is equipped with King size bed/Kitchen/Balcony/In-house washing machine/55" Smart TV/Espresso Coffee Machine/Full Kitchen with Stove/Hood/utensils.. There are big swimming pool with mountain view/Jaguzzi/Gym. It is cool area from mountain surrounding.
Please note:
- Deposits required for this apartment, pay by cash and refundable upon check-out. Please prepare your cash in Thai Baht or in Usd/Eur or other currency equilvalent to deposit amount required.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
