The apartment and residence is very nice. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is superb and spacious. Also both bedrooms have access to terrace/balcony. The surrounding is beautiful with the pool area and gardens. Very quiet area and due to gated residence we felt very safe. We could look at both german and swedish television, which is an extra bonus. Only a short walk to the beach makes this appartment a perfect location. We definetely recommend this rental!

Very comfortable and pleasant, well situated very close to small beach and a short walk to a larger beach. The pool is very nice as well. Also, the close proximity to a tram station makes it easy to visit Benidorm and Alicante. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

the house is very good, 3 bedrooms, a big living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace where you can have lunch. Jean and his wife are very kind and available, they were in the house when we arrived. house clean and complete with all necessary. the view on the gulf is fantastic.

Beautiful apartment fully equipped and nicely decorated. Very nice terrace. Airco. Good internet connection. Garage. Very nice surprise on our arrival such as croissants, peanuts, milk, juice, butter, marmalade, etc. Shower gel and shampoo also available. Very much appreciated. Owner very friendly and available for any help or advice. I will definitely keep the contact for next trip!

Such a clean spacious modern apartment with lovely touches - we were so surprised.! Huge terrace gives views down to the huge pool area and sea beyond. Quick walk over the hill to Cala Tarida beach too! The apartment had bat n ball and umbrellas etc which we used on the beach. The bedroom is very small but is as shown on the pics - I wouldn’t recommend if you were tall! The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there but may be worth noting the opening hours for your stay as your terrace is above it. During our stay we had no one either side but did have people above, which you can hear! However these things didn’t spoil our stay and we would definitely return and recommend.

If location and sunshine are what you are looking for this is the place for you. A joy to wake up to the view in the morning and go to sleep to the sound of the sea. We have had the most wonderful relaxing time in this apartment and the owner was joy to deal with.

Fantastic apartment in a great location as described in Catalina's advert. The apartment is beautiful and fitted to a very high level of comfort for two renters. Catalina is extremely helpful and attentive - a wonderful host. She is great at keeping in touch throughout all parts of booking, arrival, during your stay and on departure. Thank you so much for enabling us to have such a great stay and look forward to our next visit.

A very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location, handy for local shops, bars and restaurants. About 15 minutes walk to nearest beach, or buses outside the apartment will take you to La Mata beach or centre of Torreviecha for €1.35 each way. Communication with Stephane was excellent. We found the apartment clean. Its on the fourth floor (there are two lifts) and has great views from the three balconies, two of which had outside dining tables. No aircon but has fans in the bedrooms. Overall, perfect for us.

We loved our stay in this amazing apartment! The view is second to none and meant that we barely went out for meals as we felt nowhere would be as nice as sitting gazing out over the sea. There was easy access to fantastic beaches with great snorkelling and swimming. The inside of the apartment was great too, with plenty of space for 6. It is worth noting that sheets are not provided and some of the basics were lacking such as tea towel etc. Also it was extremely hot and we really could have done with some fans. Despite this we would HIGHLY recommend this apartment and we have a really fantastic time. Thank you! Hannah

Nice house with a very personal touch and a beautiful garden. Some good terraces to sit and relax. Good communication in advance and friendly reception by Jose Luis. We enjoyed our stay very much. The bedrooms have only a fan and therefore some nights were to hot to sleep. That's the reason we give 4 stars instead of 5.

We recently stayed at Catalina’s apartment which is located in a quiet residential complex with an outdoor pool and lovely gardens. Communication both prior to and on arrival was first class. The apartment itself was comfortable, spotless and very well equipped. There was nothing at all missing even down to shower gel, shampoo and tablets for the washing machine. The apartment is bright, airy and spacious with a fabulous sun terrace with quality patio furniture. It is located about 10 minutes downhill to the main beach and shopping area and although it is steep coming back up a taxi is under 5 Euro. There are 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes the best being Carrefour in the Shopping Centre just up the hill but there is also Mercadona and Lidl. The location is very close to the train station and Benalmadena Marina. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning.
