Charming finely renovated flat, in an area just outside the historic centre, very convenient for getting around on foot.
The flat, located on the first floor of a building without lift, enjoys a double exposure given by the two views inside the condominium.
The entrance to the apartment opens onto a hallway that divides the living area with a small balcony from the kitchen with an island equipped with a dishwasher, oven and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, and a single bedroom enclosed by a glass door and curtain.
Finally, a bathroom with shower serving the common area completes the layout.
Guests are provided with amenities such as air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating for colder winters, a washing machine, iron and free WiFi.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
