The residence is very calm and secure.
We regret our late departure following a family event.
We made a pre-booking for March 2022 and we are happy with it.
Pauline from the concierge is very pleasant and dedicated, her welcome was very warm.
Studio where you feel good, safe. Very well maintained studio and residence.
Another advantage of this rental, the reserved parking located 50 m from the apartment (when 1m of snow falls during the week, it's a luxury !!!).
The building is well maintained and clean. The new concierge is very welcoming and helpful.
Amenities at the foot of the building: Sherpa opposite, just the street to cross, bakery, pharmacy, ski rental on site, cheese, restaurants, etc. Free shuttle from the resort to 50m via elevator.
Not to mention the parking space !!! (Nevada building at 100m)

Commerce next to the entrance of the rental.
For shopping, the supermarket is opposite there is only the street to cross.
In case of medical problem unfortunately we have tested, the physiotherapist and the doctor there is only the street to cross

Note the doleful solo su sta Tignes in amate il vero paese di Montagna, tranquillo, con le sue tradizioni not scegliete questa destinazione ... Ok, bellissime track, paesaggi mozzafiato, Tignes frequentata è da giovani scatenati (18-20anni) provenienti tutta da Europa (italiano nessun) che una specie di rendono the Ibiza invernale, confusionaria anche di notte ...
Observation: a bit noisy output nightclub, it seems that this is the problem of Val Claret.
