Casa bellissima e molto ospitale, appena ristrutturata con materiali e soluzioni di elevata qualità, sia negli esterni che negli interni.
Tutti gli spazi interni sono molto ampi e agevoli; servizi elettrici e idraulici perfettamente funzionanti.
Magnifica posizione fronte mare e ampia veranda godibilissima per colazione, pranzi e cene.
Location tranquilla e silenziosa, molto piacevole e a poca distanza dalle più belle spiagge del Salento e dalla magnifica Gallipoli.

Perfect location, stunning views, cool bedroom, functional and essential for us zero mosquitoes. Although we stayed in a very hot period we had a great time. Very close to the sea of low and practicable rocks that has inebriated our days with its scent. Great terrace for sea view lunches and breathtaking sunsets.
Posizione perfetta, vista mozzafiato, camera da letto fresca, funzionale e fondamentale per noi zero zanzare. Nonostante abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo caldissimo siamo stati benissimo. Vicinissima al mare di scogli bassi e praticabili che ha inebriato con il suo profumo le nostre giornate. Terrazzo ottimo per pranzi vista mare e tramonti mozzafiato.
We stayed for 6 people for 15 days in this wonderful villa. The house looks just as described .. access to the sea practically in the house excellent position to reach all of Salento. The owner was very kind and always available for any information. Unfortunately the holidays must end sooner or later but we will definitely be back! I recommend it to everyone to spend a dream vacation.

La casa si presenta proprio come descritta.. accesso al mare praticamente in casa posizione ottima per arrivare in tutto il Salento. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.
Purtroppo le vacanze devono finire prima o poi ma sicuramente ci torneremo!
La consiglio a tutti per passare una vacanza da sogno.

For our needs we could not find a better home: very accurate cleaning, tastefully furnished, beautiful bathrooms, organization of the house designed to make guests feel good. the owner was very welcoming and kind, also often giving us information and advice of various kinds, both in understanding how to move around the area and in choosing a beach rather than a restaurant, We were very well and perfectly at ease, even the our dogs liked, they were welcomed without prejudice due to the fact of being three ... small but still three, they too were fine and in safety there was no possibility that they could escape. The landscape, the clean sea, the good food, the kind people of the place made everything even more enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
Per le nostre esigenze non potevamo trovare una casa migliore: molto accurata la pulizia, arredata con gusto , bagni bellissimi, 'organizzazione della casa pensata per far stare bene gli ospiti. la proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile, dandoci anche spesso informazioni e consigli di vario tipo ,sia nel capire come muoverci nel territorio che nella scelta di un lido piuttosto che di un ristorante, Siamo stati molto bene e perfettamente a nostro agio , anche i nostri cagnolini hanno gradito, sono stati accolti senza pregiudizio per il fatto di essere in tre ...di piccola taglia ma pur sempre tre, anche loro sono stati bene e in sicurezza non c'era la possibilità che potessero scappare . IL paesaggio, il mare pulito, il buon cibo , le persone gentili del luogo hanno reso il tutto ancora più piacevole. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE !

Posizione ottima per un appartamento dove abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Particolarmente apprezzata è stata la possibilità di utilizzare la terrazza vista mare, fornita di tavolo, sedie e divano.
Schon im letzten Jahr verbrachten wir unseren Apulienaufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung von Guiseppe, in der wir uns sehr wohlfühlten. In diesem Jahr bot uns Guiseppe an, die neu renovierte Villa direkt am Long Sea zu beziehen, ein wirklich herrliches Objekt. Weder die große Küche noch Schlafzimmer oder Bäder ließen was zu wünschen übrig. Prima Betten mit neuen Matratzen, alles sauber und nett eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Bidet. Die große Wohnküche mit funktionaler Küchenzeile, neuem Gasherd mit Backofen und Abzugshaube sowie dem großen 3rd Kühlschrank m 19 ° Tiefkühler ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, ein großer Fernseher ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Föhn sind ebenfalls vorhanden, ebenso wie eine Heizung, falls man in der kühleren Jahreszeit urlauben möchte. Von der mondänen Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer, beim Frühstück wie auch beim Sonnenuntergang. Wenn man morgens wach wird, kann man vom meerseitigen Schlafzimmer beobachten, wie die ersten Sonnenstrahlen langsam die Promenade erhellen.Der Grillplatz hinterm Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein und von der Dachterrasse erschließt sich die Weite desionischen Meeres. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Badestrand, perfekt gelegen also. Das I- Tüpfelchen ist dann noch Guiseppes Gastfreundlichkeit, der immer ein offenes Ohr hat, und sich mit Rat und Tat um seine Gäste kümmert. Er ist äußerst hilfsbereit, jederzeit zu erreichen und überrascht einen immer wieder mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, gerne auch aus eigener Herstellung. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr! All very beautiful, lovely place. Mr. Tommaso is a kind and helpful person on everything. Only advice on the apartment, very small bathroom and no shower plate. The outside washing machine is a bit uncomfortable. Everything else is perfect.
Tutto molto bello,posto incantevole. Il signor Tommaso una persona gentile e disponibile su tutto. Unico consiglio sull’appartamento,bagno piccolissimo e manca un piatto doccia. La lavatrice esterna un po’ scomoda. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

It was a pleasure to be guests of Mr. Joseph. The house reflects the description, very accurate, spacious, equipped with every comfort and totally conditioned. Really beyond expectations. We were pleasantly welcomed with the air conditioning already on, fresh water in the fridge, local oil and friselle. The location is quiet and the rooms on the lower floor remain very fresh and quiet. The owner is a very discreet person and willing to satisfy additional needs. A relaxing holiday in a strategic position to visit the places of Salento.
E' stato un piacere essere ospiti del sig. Giuseppe. La casa rispecchia la descrizione, molto curata, ampia, dotata di ogni comfort e totalmente condizionata. Veramente oltre le aspettative. Siamo stati gradevolmente accolti con l'aria condizionata già accesa, acqua fresca nel frigo, olio locale e friselle. La posizione è tranquilla e le stanze del piano inferiore rimangono molto fresche e silenziose. Il proprietario è persona molto discreta e disponibile a soddisfare necessita aggiuntive. For some days we have returned from the summer holidays spent in this splendid villa. just 1.5 km from the beautiful beaches and the nearest town, where you can shop and eat. Fresh and comfortable, the second outdoor bathroom is very useful and the barbecue appreciable. Ideal to rest in absolute silence, immersed in nature, among the centuries-old olive trees owned. The spacious patio is a delight. A sincere thanks to the owner, Signora Lina, extremely available.

ad appena 1,5 km dalle bellissime spiagge e dal piu' vicino centro abitato, dove poter fare acquisti e ristoro.
Fresca e confortevole, molto utile il secondo bagno esterno e apprezzabilissimo il barbecue.
Ideale per riposare in assoluto silenzio, immersi nella natura, tra gli ulivi secolari di proprietà.
Il patio, spazioso, è un incanto.
