We are a group of friends who for some years we come to the wonderful Salento always by the same owner Giuseppe. This year to our great satisfaction Mr. Giuseppe has rented us this wonderful villa by the sea. To say that the house is fantastic is nothing short of, very spacious with well-kept rooms, the three rooms with their own bathroom, I would say that we have not really stomped! The outdoor environment with huge, well-kept garden is still immature, but I see it in a few years, certainly beautiful. The location is fantastic, with a portico overlooking the sea where in the morning we enjoyed breakfast in relax. The house has an area with barbecue and stone table where we made excellent grilled dinner together watching the sea. Lastly, I would like to add the hospitality of the landlord ... very cordial and very kind, he always receives you with some taste of his land !! So I would say that my assessment is more than positive, the straconsiglio and certainly we will return the following year. Thanks Giuseppe

Quest'anno con nostra grande soddisfazione il Sig. Giuseppe ci ha affittato questa meravigliosa villa sul mare.
Dire che la casa è fantastica è dir poco, spaziosissima con ambienti curatissimi , le tre stanze con ognuna il proprio bagno , direi che non ci siamo proprio pestati i piedi !!
L'ambiente esterno con enorme giardino molto curato è ancora acerbo, ma lo vedo già fra qualche anno sicuramente bellissimo.
La location è fantastica, con porticato affacciato sul mare dove la mattina ci gustavamo la colazione in relax .
La casa ha una zona con barbecue e tavolone in pietra dove abbiamo fatto ottime grigliate cenando tutti insieme guardando il mare.
Vorrei aggiungere in ultimo l'ospitalità del padrone di casa...cordialissimo e gentilissimo, ti riceve sempre con qualche assaggio della sua terra!!
Direi quindi che la mia valutazione è più che positiva , lo straconsiglio e sicuramente torneremo anche l'anno successivo.

Our vacation in this house was just perfect. First of all we would like to point out that the owners are exquisite people and have done everything to make us feel at ease. They welcomed us into the house and they showed us in detail each room. The house has been completely restored very recently with the best energy saving and valuable materials. The work was done with good taste and accurately. The spacious spaces allow the stay of more people without "treading". There are in fact three large double bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed and although there are still plenty of room to move around the room, there is a single bed in the other double bedroom and here too there is no space. There are three large bathrooms with shower and hot water at will. The kitchen is habitable and perfectly equipped. In the laundry there is also a washing machine. The house is equipped with air conditioning with independent thermostat in each room. Even the outside spaces are no less. Cherry on the cake: The house is literally a stone's throw from the beach. Better could notto ask. We recommend it definitely.
La nostra vacanza in questa casa è stata semplicemente perfetta. Innanzitutto vorremmo sottolineare che i proprietari sono persone squisite ed hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio. Ci hanno accolto nella casa e ci hanno dettagliatamente illustrato ogni stanza.
La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata molto recentemente con i migliori criteri di risparmio energetico e con materiali di pregio. I lavori sono stati eseguiti con buon gusto ed in maniera accurata. Gli spazi ampi permettono il soggiorno di più persone senza "calpestarsi". Ci sono infatti tre ampie camere matrimoniali, una di esse ha addirittura un letto a castello e, nonostante ciò rimangono ancora ampi spazi per muoversi nella stanza, nell'altra matrimoniale c'è un letto singolo e anche qui lo spazio non manca. Ci sono tre ampi bagni con doccia e acqua calda a volontà. La cucina è abitabile e perfettamente attrezzata. Nella lavanderia c'è anche la lavatrice. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata con termostato indipendente in ogni stanza.
Anche gli spazi esterni non sono da meno. Ciliegina sulla torta: la casa è letteralmente a due passi dalla spiaggia.
Di meglio non si potrebbe chiedere. La raccomandiamo senz'altro.

The cottage is exceptional, very comfortable, all new, clean and well maintained and fully responds to the description in the ad. Just steps from the beach and close to localities with an exceptional sea. Noteworthy is the great availability of the owners who welcomed us and supported us cordially and thoughtfully while remaining very discreet. They provided valuable suggestions for reaching the most beautiful beaches and places in Salento as well as places to appreciate the Apulian cuisine. Great culinary qualities of Giuseppe's wife who offered us the Apulian shoots made by her. I would highly recommend it.
La villetta è eccezionale, molto confortevole, tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e ben tenuto e risponde completamente alla descrizione nell'annuncio. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicinissimo a località con un mare eccezionale. Da segnalare la grande disponibilità dei proprietari che ci hanno accolto e supportato in modo cordiale e premuroso pur rimanendo molto discreti. Ci hanno fornito preziosi suggerimenti per raggiungere le spiagge e i luoghi più suggestivi del Salento nonché posti dove apprezzare la cucina pugliese. Ottime le qualità culinarie della moglie di Giuseppe che ci ha offerto le pucce pugliesi fatte da lei. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Calm and cozy house situated in a very quiet area in front of the low rocky beach and in the center of Torre S. Giovanni. For those who prefer the sandy beaches there are different types of fine and white sand, both free and equipped, within a 10-minute drive. Maria, the owner, has always been available and ready to provide all the information needed and to give us advice on where to eat and what to see, on festivals and various events, besides spoiling us with many culinary assays. Really hospitable both you and your family. We had a great time.
Casa curata e accogliente situata in una zona molto tranquilla di fronte al mare a scoglio basso e al centro di Torre S. Giovanni. Per chi predilige le spiagge di sabbia ce ne sono diverse di sabbia fine e bianca, sia libere che attrezzate, a 10 minuti d'auto. Maria, la proprietaria, è sempre stata disponibile e pronta a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie e a darci consigli su dove mangiare e cosa vedere, su sagre e manifestazioni varie, oltre a viziarci con numerosi assaggi culinari. Davvero ospitale sia lei che la sua famiglia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
The structure is better than what emerges from the photos. The interior and exterior spaces are very generous; Recently renovated, is very welcoming. Gli spazi interni ed esterni sono molto generosi; ristrutturata di recente, risulta molto accogliente. Da sottolineare anche la comodità del secondo bagno esterno. Il portico è eccezionale.
Per accedere alle spiagge, seppur a 5 minuti, serve necessariamente l'automobile.
I padroni di casa sono disponibili. Consigliato!

We chose this house because of the description of Maria D. It impressed us very much .. just contacted us provided everything in the smallest details .. when we arrived we found the paradise .. the single room has all the comforts, Mary and her family there They welcomed us as family members, and also made us taste typical products cooked by her. The gorgeous sea is full of those looking for rocks and those looking for sandy beaches. We could also see the apartment next to it that can accommodate a large family, very nice almost not to look like a home to the sea ... surely we will see it again !!!! Abbiamo scelto questa casa perché la descrizione di Maria D. Ci ha colpito molto..appena contattata ci ha fornito tutto nei minimi dettagli.. quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato il paradiso..il monocale ha tutti i comfort, Maria e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto come dei famigliari facendoci anche assaggiare prodotti tipici cucinati da lei. Il mare stupendo accontenta chi cerca gli scogli e chi cerca spiaggia sabbiose. Abbiamo potuto visionare anche l'appartamento affianco che può ospitare una famiglia numerosa, molto bello quasi da non sembrare una casa al mare...sicuramente ci rivedremo!!!! Consigliamo la macchina per poter vedere il Salento e i suoi paradisi nascosti..

absolutely perfect holiday! The house exceeded expectations: very clean and attention to detail from the olive garden to the terrace with Pompeian, deck, wooden table and barbecue. The house is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning (not necessary for the great architecture of the house), processing with washing machine, outdoor shower, two bathrooms with showers box, solid wood furniture, mosquito nets on all windows, walk-in closets in all the rooms. We stayed with 3 children and a dog: the house is very safe and does not present any danger for children. The beach and 'actually 30 meters. Vacanza assolutamente perfetta! La casa supera le aspettative: molto pulita e curata nei minimi particolari dal giardino di ulivi alla terrazza con pompeiana, sdraio, tavolo in legno e barbecue. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort, aria condizionata ( non necessaria per l'ottima architettura della casa), disbrigo con lavatrice, doccia esterna, due bagni con docce con box, arredamento in legno massello, zanzariere su tutte le finestre, cabine armadio in tutte le stanze. Abbiamo soggiornato con 3 bambini e un cane: la casa è molto sicura e non presenta pericoli per i piccoli. La spiaggia e' effettivamente a 30 metri. Ottima la posizione rispetto alle spiagge più famose del Salento. Ciliegina sulla torta: i proprietari. Presenti sul posto e di un'ospitalità unica. Disponibili per qualsiasi necessità e pronti a rendere la vacanza indimenticabile. Molto gradite le sorprese culinarie salentine della signora Giusy. Vacanza indimenticabile! Grazie!
