The living room also has a foldable, comfortable sofa bed for two people.
A fully equipped, open kitchen with a large dining table invites you to enjoy.
In the upper living area there is also a daylight bathroom with shower and bidet.
The bedroom with a small window on the lower floor has a small bathroom, also with a real glass shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning including a heating function in the upper living and sleeping area.
An underground parking space is available free of charge.
The residence is located in Toscolano-Maderno, on Lake Garda in a sunny and panoramic position with lake view from the pool and partial lake view directly from the apartment.

Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) you can reach a small shop with fresh bread, groceries and the most important everyday things, as well as a restaurant and a pizzeria.
The Dolce Vita holiday complex is just a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches on Lake Garda and from the center of Toscolano (5 km) and Gargnano (3 km).
Toscolano-Maderno is a pretty little town on the western shore of Lake Garda, with idyllic landscapes, a picturesque lakeside promenade, many restaurants, bars and shops. Toscolano-Maderno is also an ideal location for many excursions. There is a ferry service across the lake to "Torri del Benaco".
The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the water park Caneva are about 55 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.
