This apartment is on an enclosed holiday complex just 200 metres from the beach, in a quiet location on a park-like site.

The balcony overlooks the garden, which has a table and chairs. The owner can also provide four deckchairs on request, for sunbathing in the garden. There is parking space in front of the house and on the holiday complex there are three further car parking spaces available. You can use the swimming pool in the campsite in front of the complex on request. Small pets are allowed.

The apartment has two floors. The first floor (20m²) has a big living room with a sofa bed, armchairs and a table with four chairs. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, with a four-ring gas stove, a big fridge with a freezer compartment, cutlery and crockery. The bathroom has a big shower, a WC and a bidet. The ground floor, accessed down wooden stairs and also measuring 20m², has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 180cm). There is a big cupboard for your luggage and there is a storage room with a washbasin and shower. There is air conditioning on the upper floor and both floors have heating. There is no Internet access.

The beach is about 200 metres away and you can hire deckchairs and parasols for a small fee. There is also a free section of beach. It is 400 metres to the harbour with boat and ferry jetties, for getting to the opposite side of the lake with Torri del Benaco. It is 400 metres to shops and 200 metres to restaurants and cafés.
