This studio is on the ground floor and provides a fully-furnished living space of around 30m². It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table for three people, a generous living room with a comfortable couch, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a storage room. A supplementary bed and a child's bed/ baby's cot for children up to three years can be added to the room with a bunk bed. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, kettle, oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and espresso maker, toaster, tableware and cookware, and everything you need for cleaning the apartment. The apartment can accommodate two to a maximum of three guests. A fan, Satellite TV, blankets, pillows, a hairdryer, In-room safe and a fire extinguisher are provided. All rooms have radiators.
