The modern 250 m² villa Bianca sits on a 1500 m² plot of land in Gaino, on the outskirts of Maderno, situated in a quiet and peaceful area above the banks of Lake Garda (Lago di Garda). The luxurious villa is a perfect holiday retreat and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has access to a small open terrace and the private outdoor area on the ground floor boasts a garden with olive trees and a spacious open and covered terrace with a barbecue. Here you can relax, have breakfast and enjoy home-cooked dinners with a spectacular view over Lake Garda and the surrounding hills. Take swims in the private pool and have a glass of wine on the covered patio with garden furniture. The villa is only an 8-minute drive (4 km) from the center of Maderno, a quaint lakeside village with many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The pebble beach Spiaggia Toscolano is a 10-minute drive (4.6 km) from the property. From Maderno, you can take ferries to other towns on the lake. The nearest train station is located in Desenzano, a 50-minute drive (33 km) south of Maderno.

Parking spaces for up to 3 cars are available on the property. The property can only be reached by car. Pets are not allowed. Please contact the homeowner before your arrival to arrange a check-in time. There may be extra charges for early or late check-in (must be requested in advance).The homeowner will welcome you to show you around the property and hand over the keys. They live in the area and are happy to assist you with any requests.

The pool is open between the beginning of April and the end of September. There may be variations depending on the temperatures, thus please ask to confirm accessibility for April, May and September.
