A short drive from the white beaches of Lloret de Mar and the historical fishing town of Tossa de Mar is the urbanisation of Santa Maria de Lloret where this villa is located. The semi-detached villa is functional and clean in design with faint hints of Spanish décor. The first floor is accessed by the main entrance. As you step inside you find yourself within an airy living area, comfortable sofa suite, dining table and chairs, and satellite TV. On one side you will find patio doors, leading onto a balcony that looks out over a lush woodland forest. Also on this floor is a well-equipped kitchen.

On the lower ground floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom contains a double bed whilst the other two contain twin beds. There are two shared shower rooms.

The garden is well-designed and spacious, you will find a large covered terrace with a wooden table that could comfortably seat the whole family. The swimming pool is the ideal place to enjoy your days relaxing, but should you wish to leave the comfort of the villa and explore, the local beach it is roughly 1km away. 

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 67cm, this is the same for all external doors. This villa is in a very hilly area, however the terrace is mostly flat and tiled around the pool. The pool is on the lower ground floor. Access to this level is via 14 internal steps, or 16 external steps. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower ground floor, they have a door width of 60cm.
