We were happy with the house. The apartment had a fantastic sea view. The owner was always very kind and always helpful and quick to resolve problems. The house is also situated in a great location to visit the northwest of Sicily; The council, therefore, to all those who are interested to visit this part of the island.
Siamo rimasti soddisfatti della casa. L'appartamento aveva una fantastica vista mare. Il proprietario è stato sempre molto gentile e sempre disponibile e veloce a risolvere i problemi. La casa è inoltre situata in un ottima posizione per visitare il nord ovest della Sicilia; la consiglio dunque a tutti quelli che sono interessati a visitare questa parte dell'isola.
House in a convenient location and with sea view. It was fine, only note the second bedroom with no window. But overall I can recommend the house. Ignatius helpful and friendly.

The house was really great, very beautiful and very clean with everything necessary. The view is magnificent and the small town of Ballestrate and its region are recommended for all people who want a bit of tranquility and scenery.

The house exceeded our expectations, taste and attention to detail was obvious. Equipped with EVERYTHING that can be used in a vacation home. Upon entering you immediately feel a sense of order and especially cleaning (of those that is not easy to find in a vacation home). The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories possible and imaginable, the pantry with olive oil, salt, pepper and whatever else ... even if it neat and clean. It is all furnished with modern furniture. The two independent apartments apart from the rest ... enjoy BOTH also: relevance veranda, washing basket to pick up the clothes drying rack, shovel, broom, mop, pile to wash clothes, several lounge chairs for sunbathing, table with chairs outside (in addition to the internal one), a large boiler always lit. (The hot water was never absent) The only things in common are the garden, the barbecue and the vacuum cleaner :) The place is a unique tranquility. Ideal for relaxation. The sea is beautiful, crystal clear water even if the sea were to be agitated. The sun sets behind the mountains, offering diverse and breathtaking sunsets every evening. To complete the pictureobviously was Marina, the owner, who by his discretion, kindness and helpfulness has put us at ease after 2 minutes and was ready and prompt in responding to our every need for the duration of our stay. Thank you Marina! What can I say ... if you are looking for a nice beach along with a quiet apartment and equipped with everything where you go there to relax ... then this is a perfect solution. Strongly recommended!
La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative, Il gusto e la cura dei particolari era più che evidente. Fornita di TUTTO quello che può servire in una casa vacanze. Entrando si avverte subito una sensazione di ordine e soprattutto di pulizia (di quelle che non è facile trovare in una casa vacanze).
La cucina, fornita di tutti gli accessori possibili ed immaginabili, la dispensa con olio, sale, pepe e quant'altro... anche quella ordinata e pulita.
Il tutto è arredato con mobili moderni.
I due appartamenti indipendenti oltre al resto... godono ENTRAMBI anche di: veranda di pertinenza, lavatrice, cesta per raccogliere i panni, stendino, paletta, scopa, mocio, pila per lavare i panni, varie sdraio per prendere il sole, tavolo con sedie esterno (oltre a quello interno), un grande boiler perennemente acceso. (L'acqua calda non è mai mancata)
Le uniche cose in comune sono il giardino, il barbecue e l'aspirapolvere :)
Il posto è di una tranquillità unica. Ideale per rilassarsi. Il mare è stupendo, l'acqua cristallina anche se il mare dovesse essere agitato.
Il sole cala dietro le montagne offrendo tramonti ogni sera diversi e mozzafiato.
A completare il quadretto ovviamente è stata Marina, la proprietaria, che con la sua discrezione, gentilezza e disponibilità ci ha messi a proprio agio dopo 2 minuti ed è stata pronta e tempestiva nel rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Grazie Marina!
Che dire... se cercate una bella spiaggia unitamente ad un appartamento tranquillo e fornito di tutto dove andarvi a rilassare... allora questa è una soluzione perfetta. Fortemente consigliato!
Modern and comfortable apartment, beautifully furnished; spacious and comfortable hall with barbecue, washing machine, sink and view of the sea (wonderful sea, clean and warm) stayed with a 6 year old girl made them, in total peace and serenity. Appartamento moderno e confortevole, finemente arredato; ampio e comodo disimpegno esterno con barbecue, lavatrice, lavandino e veduta mare (stupendo mare, pulito e caldo) abbiamo soggiornato con una bambina di 6 anni compiuti li, in totale tranquillità e serenità. I proprietari sono giovani, disponibili e gentili. E' stato un vero dispiacere andare via, lo consigliamo vivamente! Grazie Marina, spero di poterci tornare l'anno prossimo. Innanzitutto faccio presente la piena collaborazione, disponibilità e simpatia dei proprietari poi, per quanto riguarda l' alloggio, mi reputo soddisfatto per le sue sufficienti dimensioni ma che in più ha un cortile molto grande. Un altro punto considerevole di vantaggio sono il posto macchina riservato e la location e l' abitazione. Il posto è ben ventilato e con un bel panorama. Unica nota stonata è la strada che porta all' abitazione che è molto dissestata.

We are the Carollo family and live in Berlin, Germany. We have 2 children aged 3 and 5 years. We arrived in the apartment and were delighted, both from the place! Everything treated in detail to ensure guests maximum comfort to us! And then what about the owners? We always took cottages for rent but never found the owners so friendly and present! We have entered into the heart, along with their children! And waiting for the next year certainly will maintain the contacts. We own our money well spent! Rated 10 +++++++. Thanks again guys.
Siamo la famiglia Carollo e viviamo a Berlino in Germania. Abbiamo 2 figli di 3 e 5 anni . Siamo arrivati nella casa vacanza e siamo rimasti affascinati, sia dal luogo che dall'appartamento! Ogni cosa curata nei minimi particolari per garantire a noi villeggianti il massimo comfort! E poi cosa dire dei proprietari? Abbiamo sempre preso case in affitto ma mai trovato dei proprietari così cordiali e presenti! Ci sono entrati nel cuore, insieme ai loro figli! Home clean and located in a nice comfortable position shower, quiet location overlooking the sea and close to a hundred of Balestrate in less than a few minutes in the car. Marina owns the nice girl and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend days at sea and relaxation.
Casa pulita e situata in una bella posizione doccia confortevole, zona tranquilla vista mare e vicino al cento di Balestrate in meno di pochi minuti in macchina. Marina la proprietaria ragazza simpatica e disponibile. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque voglia passare giorni al mare e momenti di relax.
Once you have decided that we would spend our holidays in the beautiful Sicily and identified the area, it was time to find a house to rent. Marina has inspired confidence right from the start but we still bought it sight unseen, and then we did not know exactly what to expect. Once in Balestrate, it was nice to meet Marina with its beautiful child and their dog. She showed us what would be our home for two weeks and I can assure you that I was not expecting much. First of all, a fantastic sea view, a peace I had not expected to find but also a beautiful home, new and clean thoroughly, I do not recall ever having found a house to rent so neat, with a garden and a beautiful gazebo and manicured. Marina was very friendly and made us even find a vase of flowers, a bottle of wine and a fresh water and sweet fruit, not a small thing, and then immediately strove for everything to be perfect, you could see their that for her it was very important that we were good and we spent a good holiday. There was very pleased to see her also infollowing days and we have established a good relationship, even with his delightful and sweet children. Even on the day of departure, in which Marina has helped us to clean the house, perhaps her most of us, our child has been playing with her and you are entertained in the wading pool that she had swollen nicely. We highly recommend this house for the position because it is not in the country that is definitely noisier and busiest; if you prefer the tranquility and, as I've written before, with a view of the exceptional sunsets, this house is the right choice. To consider even outer space where, for families like ours, the children run freely and absolute safety, or simply dine on excellent fish thanks to the barbecue available and enjoy a pleasant evening accompanied by the sea breeze. Thank you once again very kind and cute Marina which gave us the opportunity to spend this much-awaited holiday in the best way. Una volta deciso che avremmo trascorso le nostre vacanze nella meravigliosa Sicilia e individuata la zona, era venuto il momento di trovare la casa da affittare. Marina ci ha ispirato fiducia fin da subito ma abbiamo comunque comprato a scatola chiusa e quindi non sapevamo esattamente cosa aspettarci.
Arrivati a Balestrate, è stato bello incontrare Marina con il suo bel bimbo e la loro cagnolina. Ci ha accompagnati in quella che sarebbe stata la nostra casa per due settimane e posso assicurare che non mi aspettavo tanto. Innanzitutto una vista mare meravigliosa, una tranquillità che non mi aspettavo di trovare ma soprattutto una casa bellissima, nuovissima e pulita a fondo, non ricordo di avere mai trovato una casa da affittare tanto linda, Con un giardino e un dehor splendidi e molto curati. Marina è stata molto gentile e ci ha fatto persino trovare un vaso di fiori, una bottiglia di vino e una di acqua fresca e della frutta dolcissima, cosa non da poco, e poi da subito si è prodigata affinchè tutto fosse perfetto, si notava proprio che per lei era molto importante che ci trovassimo bene e che trascorressimo delle belle vacanze. Ci ha fatto molto piacere rivederla anche nei giorni seguenti e abbiamo instaurato un bel rapporto, anche con i suoi simpaticissimi e dolcissimi bimbi. Persino il giorno della partenza, in cui Marina ci ha aiutati a pulire la casa, forse più lei di noi, il nostro bambino ha giocato con il suo e si sono intrattenuti nella piscinetta che lei carinamente aveva gonfiato.
Consigliamo vivamente questa casa anche per la posizione perchè non è in paese che è sicuramente più rumoroso e più trafficato; se invece si preferisce la tranquillità e, come ho già scritto prima, una vista con dei tramonti eccezionali, questa villetta è la scelta giusta. Da considerare anche lo spazio esterno dove, per famiglie come la nostra, far correre i figli in tutta libertà e assoluta sicurezza, o semplicemente cenare a base di ottimo pesce grazie al barbecue a disposizione e godersi una piacevole serata accompagnati dalla brezza marina.
Ringraziamo ancora una volta la gentilissima e carinissima Marina che ci ha dato la possibilità di trascorrere questa tanto attesa vacanza nel modo migliore. Avremo sempre un bellissimo ricordo e speriamo di tornare da loro a Balestrate molto presto.

We have stayed in three, two adults and a child, in one of the solutions for 4 people. The features of the apartment correspond to those specified in the ad. The apartment is furnished in a simple, but with everything you need. The space inside is sufficient and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, pantries, stove, oven, cooking utensils and cutlery. The best of the apartment itself from the outside. Beautiful and enjoyable space porch adjacent to the kitchen. The porch area is equipped with table, chairs, loungers, parasols and barbecue. Outside, a tap and a washing machine to be shared with neighbors. Pleasant breakfasts, lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation lived outdoors. Lovely view on the promenade that stretches from the port of Castellammare until Puntaraisi. The apartment is part of a complex. However, the provision of the various solutions ensures privacy and tranquility. The whole complex is in a quiet and isolated from the center of the country. Access is reserved for vacationers and secured by an electric gate. Reserved parking a stone's throw from theveranda. The owner is always reachable on his cell phone and available for every need. The location is great for getting to many interesting destinations. We visited Mozia, the Saline, Segesta, Selinunte, Scopello, San Vito. Only note is that we must move from the apartment by car. Difficult to walk down to the beach. Away from the historical center of Castellammare and the port. In short, impossible to walk into the bakery or fish.
Noi abbiamo soggiornato in tre, due adulti ed un bimbo, in una delle soluzioni da 4 posti.
Le caratteristiche dell'appartamento corrispondono a quelle descritte nell'annuncio.
L'appartamento è arredato in modo semplice, ma con tutto quello che serve.
Lo spazio all'interno è sufficiente e la cucina ben equipaggiata con frigorifero, congelatore, dispense, fornello, forno, pentolame e stoviglie. Il meglio di sè l'appartamento lo da all'esterno.
Bello e godibile lo spazio verandato adiacente alla cucina. La zona veranda è equipaggiata con tavolo, sedie, sdraio, ombrelloni e barbecue. All'esterno anche un rubinetto ed una lavatrice da condividere con i vicini.
Piacevoli le colazioni, i pranzi, le cene ed i momenti di relax vissuti all'aperto.
Splendida la vista sul lungomare che spazia dal porto di Castellammare sino a Puntaraisi.
L'appartamento è inserito in un complesso. Tuttavia la disposizione delle varie soluzioni garantisce privacy e tranquillità.
Tutto il complesso è in zona tranquilla ed isolata rispetto al centro del paese.
L'accesso è riservato ai villeggianti ed assicurato da un cancello elettrico. Posto auto riservato ad un passo dalla veranda.
Il proprietario è sempre raggiungibile al cellulare e disponibile per ogni necessità.
L'ubicazione è ottima per raggiungere molte destinazioni interessanti. Noi abbiamo visitato Mozia, le Saline, Segesta, Selinunte, Scopello, San Vito. Unico appunto è che dall'appartamento ci si deve muovere in auto.
Difficoltoso raggiungere la spiaggia sottostante a piedi. Distanti il centro storico di Castellammare ed il porto.
Insomma impossibile andare a piedi in panificio o in pescheria.
