The excellent relationship established with the owner on arrival, always available (even on holidays). The house was situated in a beautiful spot and quiet. The only drawback were the weather conditions, which however did not affect the holiday being a strategic point to reach many surrounding areas. I would recommend this location.
Ottimo il rapporto instauratosi con il proprietario all'arrivo, sempre disponibile (anche nei giorni festivi).
La villetta era situata in un punto meraviglioso e tranquillo.
L'unico inconveniente sono state le condizioni meteo che comunque non hanno influito sulla vacanza essendo un punto strategico per raggiungere molte zone circostanti.

Very comfortable accommodation a short distance from the sea and from the center of balestrate. The isolated location ensures peace of mind so 'as the presence of an enclosed courtyard allows the children to play undisturbed and in complete safety. The sea can also be reached through a beautiful pine forest with a walk of about 300 meters, and 'turned out beautiful and higher than that of localities' most' famous as St. Vito lo Capo or Mondello. The owners are always friendly and helpful, which is why we returned for the second consecutive time and maybe come back again next year.
Sistemazione molto comoda a breve distanza dal mare e dal centro di balestrate. La posizione isolata assicura una tranquillità totale cosi' come la presenza di un cortile chiuso consente ai bimbi di giocare indisturbati e in piena sicurezza. Il mare, raggiungibile anche tramite una bella pineta con una passeggiata di circa 300 metri, si e' rivelato bellissimo e superiore a quello di localita' piu' rinomate come san Vito lo Capo o Mondello. I proprietari sono sempre gentili e disponibili, motivo per cui siamo ritornati per la seconda volta consecutiva e forse ritorneremo anche il prossimo anno.
House located in very nice location, close enough to the country for the services, but in quiet area. Beautiful sea views, plenty of space around the house that allows you to live comfortably outdoors (porch, deck chairs, beach chairs, shade). The apartment is suitable and equipped with everything you need, even within large spaces livable (Apt 6). Owner very kind, extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. House recommended.
Casa situata in posizione molto bella, abbastanza vicina al paese per i servizi, ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Bellissima vista mare, ampio spazio circostante la casa che permette di vivere tranquillamente all'aperto (veranda, seggiole, sdraio, ombra). L'appartamento è adeguato e fornito di tutto il necessario, spazi ampi vivibili anche all'interno (apt. da 6). Proprietario gentilissimo, estremamente ospitale, cordiale e disponibile. Casa consigliata.
The location of the house is conveniently close to the town but in quiet place, with the possibility of parking closed by a gate. Very pleasant outdoor space livable with cooking on the grill and clean apartment with everything you need. The owner very helpful, friendly, warm welcome. Absolutely recommended. ps positive assessment of the cumulative effect of 11 adults!
La location della casa è comoda, vicino al paese ma in luogo silenzioso, con possibilità di parcheggio auto chiuso da un cancello. Molto gradito lo spazio esterno vivibile con possibilità di cucinare alla griglia; appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario.
Il proprietario molto disponibile, cordiale; buona accoglienza.

I am very pleased to welcome reserved to us exceptional: friendly - Availability - Familiarity - loyalty - consistency - clean and tidy home and garden. We found everything .... even dinner on the evening of arrival based on fresh pasta and sauce with fresh water ready in the fridge, these attentions that belong only to someone! I think it also gave rise to a kind of friendship with the owners and I hope it continues over time. It would be great that others can also make this our experience. Thank you.
Sono molto soddisfatta per l'accoglienza eccezionale riservataci: cordialità - disponibilità - familiarità - lealtà - coerenza - pulizia e ordine in casa e in giardino. Abbiamo trovato proprio tutto .... addirittura la cena per la sera dell'arrivo a base di pasta fresca e ragù con l'acqua fresca pronta in frigorifero, attenzioni queste che appartengono solo a qualcuno!!! Credo che sia nata anche una sorta di amicizia con i proprietari e spero che continui nel tempo. Sarebbe bellissimo che anche altri possano fare questa nostra esperienza. Grazie.
