Each room has a window and/or French door with electric shutters, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Each room has separate air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The large balcony, accessible from the kitchen and living room, faces the front of the house, with views of part of the village of Nago and the quiet street where the apartment is located. Bicycle storage is available in the house's basement, and private parking is available along the property perimeter, free of charge, for one car.
