Description of
Canazei, in Val di Fassa, is a picturesque village in the Dolomites, known for its strategic position at the foot of iconic mountains such as the Marmolada (3,343 m), the highest peak in the Dolomites, the Sella Group, and Piz Boè (3,152 m). The village is a true paradise for mountain lovers.

Winter Activities
In winter, Canazei offers direct access to the Dolomiti Superski area, with the famous Sella Ronda, a ski itinerary that connects four Dolomite passes (Pordoi, Sella, Gardena and Campolongo). Skiers and snowboarders can explore over 1,200 km of slopes, while cross-country skiers find suggestive routes at the bottom of the valley.

Summer Activities
In summer, Canazei is a hub for hiking and climbing. Among the most famous trails is the one towards the Viel del Pan refuge, which offers spectacular views of the Marmolada. The village is also a starting point for climbing Sass Pordoi and trekking to the top of Piz Boè.

Services and Culture
The village offers numerous shops, restaurants, and the Dòlaondes wellness center. The Ladin culture is lively, with traditional events such as the Ladin Carnival. Canazei is easily accessible from Trento and Bolzano, making it a perfect destination for sports and relaxation among the most beautiful mountains in Italy.
