The vacation rental is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 50 square meters, situated on the upper ground floor. It underwent partial renovation in 2021 and features beautiful wooden furniture. The living/dining room is cozy, and there is one bedroom with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and cable TV. Additionally, there is a small room with a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm).
Amenities Included
The kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (cheese). Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) are available at an extra cost. The rental has an exit leading to the garden and terrace, as well as a shower and separate toilet. Other amenities include a washing machine, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. There is also a private garage space available.
Other Information
The rental property offers a spacious 30-square-meter terrace and a 30-square-meter lawn area, perfect for outdoor relaxation. A barbecue and sitting area are provided for your convenience. Please note that this is a non-smoking vacation rental.
