These Type S chalets in Viareggio are new chalets on a campground.

The chalets are fully furnished and decorated with bright colours and offer two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom is furnished with three single beds (one bunk bed). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers direct access to the patio. There is also a bathroom with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.

The chalet boasts a large, covered patio with seating accommodation. The swimming pool is opened from approximately June 15 until September 15.

Viareggio is internationally well known as a beach town on the Ligurian Sea. Hotels and Cafes have are built in the Art Nouveau style and the harbour offers a display of expensive yachts. The broad beaches, the cool breeze and the comfortable beach bars make for a lovely stay in this child friendly beach town. There is a three kilometre boardwalk connecting the centre of Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore with shops, Gelaterias and outdoor seating. Shops are open late. While holidaying in Viareggio, you can enjoy the beach, as well as culture. Visit the musical Puccini festival in July and August in Torre del Lago Puccini, a town in the municipality of Viareggio. Sienna, Lucca and Pisa are close by and are worth a visit. Rent a bike and drive on the city wall. Pisa is worth a visit to see the sights, such as the leaning tower and the Piazza dei Miracolio, but also because it's home to one of the largest universities in Italy, bustling with students. Take a trip to the capital of Tuscany - Florence - with its many museums and beautiful town centre. And the famous bridge. North of Viareggio, you will find the region of the Cinque Terre. These five picturesque and beautifully situated towns are only accessible by boat or train. A beautiful hiking trail, the Via dell'Amore, connects all five towns. The amusement park Piccole Mondo, built by the Fornaciai family, is a great destination when travelling with children. The park is proud to be home to the longest slide in Tuscany. There are also other amusement parks, such as the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, the prehistoric park in Peccioli or the zoo in Pistoia.
