SURFACES ==> approx. 100m² on 2 levels (ground floor + first floor) + 2 partially shaded private gardens, rear approx. 100m² (including 30m² terrace) + front approx. 20m², tables, chairs and outdoor lounge & space for 2 vehicles. Enclosed area.
DESCRIPTION==> Comfortable villa comprising two bedrooms + fitted mezzanine open on one side + large living room/open-plan kitchen & fireplace/insert + 2 shower rooms (each with WC + shower + washbasin).
==> Sleeping accommodation = bedroom 1 DRC 1 double bed (140cm), bedroom 2 upstairs 1 double bed (140cm) + 1 adult single bed (90cm), mezzanine 1 double bed (140cm) + 2 adult bunk beds (90cm).
The only downside is the lack of wifi. When you have to have access to emails or be able to stay in touch with the family, it's difficult.
Perfect environment for family with child. In the rental all the necessary equipment is present.
