Rent very clean, very good quality, at the foot of the beach, very quiet, private parking. Nice owner. Only drawback, if it is a little thing to do on the spot after 20h. Car required if you want to make a restaurant or other outlet but if you want to relax with children this is the perfect setting. We spent 15 days very pleasant.

Very clear and very well located, close to the center of Palavas-les-Flots and shops. Its location has allowed us to visit as the Provence Languedoc-Roussillon. The sea view is really beautiful. The owners are attentive to our needs and try to respond quickly. Very well equipped except for an Internet connection that is needed for foreigners.
Appartement très clair et très bien situé, tout près du centre de Palavas-les-Flots et des commerces. Sa situation géographique nous a permis de visiter autant la Provence que le Languedoc-Roussillon.
La vue sur la mer est vraiment magnifique.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute de nos besoins et essaient de les satisfaire rapidement.
Très bien équipée sauf pour une connexion Internet qui serait nécessaire pour des étrangers.

Je suis satisfaite, la location correspondant exactement au descriptif de l'annonce. Cependant, le gestionnaire n'était pas présent le jour de mon arrivée pour la remise des clés, et le contrat de location a dû être signé 2 jours plus tard, occasionnant une obligation de présence dont je me serais bien passée. Difficulté aussi d'utilisation de la télécommande d'ouverture du parking très capricieuse. Sinon, RAS.
Spacious, quiet, well located, close to sea and shops can easily move bike ... Should just freshen up the walls of the room ... We had a nice weekend and little more pleasant hospitality of the owner.

Spacious and correct. When the owner told us he had to take the bed sheets, we did not know we should also take our pillows! The small downside is that the apartment is located next to the berth and diesel vehicles start at 8:30 in the morning in the window to put the boats into the water, it's not top for fat mat!

Le petit bémol est que l'appartement est situé juste à côté de la place de port et des véhicules diesel qui démarrent à 8h30 du mat sous les fenêtres pour mettre les bateaux à l'eau, c'est pas top pour les grasses mat !
We had a great time at this well located 2 bedroom apartment on the beach. The owner's mother, who checked us in, is lovely, and made us feel very welcome, despite our modeest capabilities in the French language. If you have small children the apartment. is ideal: there are 2 playgrounds within a 2-3 minute walk of the front door and the owner has stocked a good number of toys at the apartment itself.
Basic amenities are also only a 2-3 minute walk, and the town's main area (along the canal) is about a 15 minute walk, meaning it is close enough to go anytime you want, but you are far enough away that the apartment is not at all noisy. One thing I would recommend to English speaking renters: a small English-French dictionary would be helpful for getting the most out of the oven, which is a Whirlpool JetChef (a multi function oven - much more than a convection oven-microwave combo that we are used to in North America). It's not rocket science, but there are a LOT of cooking method options with some specialized cooking terminology in the manual, which is only in French.
Everything went fine - of aakomst of origin. Friendly welcome and the apartment lived up to expectations. Definitely worth a recommendation.

Very nice apartment, very well located. The owner is friendly. This type of accommodation is sufficient for a couple with children. So we are pleased with our stay!
