The Premium option enables you to benefit from 5 photos (instead of one) and one renter review on the rental ad pages. It's about twice the size of a standard ad.
Premium Option ads are posted in the "Premium Ads" space, under the menu on the left of the page.
The Top Position service puts your ad in prime position to boost your ad's visibility for a period ranging between 1 to 12 months.
We recommend this service if you need occasional or permanent additional visibility.

Payment of "Performance" advert subscription
Secure online payment is managed entirely by our bankcard service provider PayBox that uses tried and tested encryption technology. Akena Technologies has absolutely no access to your bankcard number.

A free 6 month "Top Position" service is offered for all adverts converted to 'Zen' plan or newly created 'Zen' adverts during 2022, which also gain cumulative rentals reaching or surpassing the following amounts:
Minimal cumulative rentals reached in the 12 months following the creation of, or conversion to, a 'Zen' plan advert.
A Special offer voucher of £171 providing this free service for the relevant advert will be offered to the owner once the amount is reached.
